Contact information about our members is never disclosed to anyone but authorized state officials or IRS personnel, unless approved in advance by members.  Contact information about donors and donation amounts are never disclosed unless approved in advance by donors.  Such disclosure includes that in publications, e.g., newsletters and membership lists, and on the web site, and such approval must be in writing. 

To ensure adherence to the Policy of Confidentiality, each incoming member of the Board and each incoming chapter officer, including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chair, and Newsletter Chair, shall be apprised of the Policy and related Procedures and guidelines.
