To access the Southwestern Lore index information, you may download an Excel file or view as text web pages.  The files are large, so allow adequate time to load them.

Excel Spreadsheet.  The Excel file contains all entries and instructions for filtering and sorting.  Macros are included to facilitate sorting entries by author, title, and volume.   If you choose to disable macros, you can still sort entries manually.  If you do not have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer, you may download Microsoft Excel 97/2000 Spreadsheet Viewer.   Excel 97/2000 Viewer is a small, freely distributable program that lets users view and print Excel 97, Excel 2000, and earlier version spreadsheet files.  Macros will not be operational in the Excel Viewer.

 

View as Text Web Pages.  For convenience, the index has been divided into three web pages:  scholarly articles, book reviews and book notes, and Colorado Archaeological Society news.

Southwestern Lore: Now Available on CD-ROM

 

Each disk has PDF files with page images from Southwestern Lore volumes in in both single-page layout and two-page layout (which may be printed as a booklet).  Each disk also includes a complete index of Volumes 1-70 (as Microsoft Excel spreadsheet), Microsoft Excel Viewer and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  • Disk 1:  Vols.   1—20   (June 1935—March 1955)

  • Disk 2:  Vols. 21—40   (June 1955—December 1974)

  • Disk 3:  Vols. 41—60   (March 1975—Winter 1994)

  • Disk 4:  Vols. 61—70   (Spring 1995—Winter 2004)

Prices: $30 each, or any two disks for $50  (add $4.00 shipping and handling per order.)
