The Fred R. Field Western Heritage Center (Rodeo Grounds), Multipurpose Building, 275 S. Spruce St.

From the intersection of Tomichi, a.k.a. Highway 50, and Spruce Street (there is a stoplight there now)

Safeway is on SE corner.  Turn south.  Proceed straight one block, into the Rodeo Grounds.

The Multipurpose Building is on the right; it's the only large building on the grounds.
